WHP Flex Fuel Sensor Kits are designed for use with aftermarket ECUs capable of reading an ethanol content sensor. The use of a WHP Flex Fuel Sensor with the ECUMaster EMU allows for blending of fuel, ignition, engine start, and boost control tables. WHP Flex Fuel Sensor Kits are built around the most accurate ethanol content sensor on the market, capable of providing the ECU with an ethanol content and fuel temperature reading within a quarter of a second of start-up. Each kit includes the ethanol content sensor, a laser cut, CNC bent, and powdercoated mounting bracket, metric mounting hardware, and a connector with 8 foot harness. Installation is straightforward; just install the sensor in the fuel feed or return line and connect three wires to switched 12 volts, ECU ground, and the output signal wire to the "cam sync 2" pin on the EMU. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum flow rate of the sensor of 400 liters per hour, which may cause signal instability. In some applications, a bypass loop will need to be incorporated into the feed or return line to accommodate the ethanol content sensor.
The Flying Lead Harness for the ECUMaster EMU is the perfect starting point for your custom ECUMaster EMU installation. Whether you have a unique engine combination or just want to start with brand new wiring, our 2.5 meter harness is the perfect backbone for your project. The harness includes 44 wires with the correct pins for the EMU already crimped in place, and the wires come in a variety of gauges and colors to make organization easy. Flying Lead Harnesses also include four pairs of shielded wire for use with knock sensors and cam or crank sensors.

Decades ago, the critical electronic components in a race car were the ignition coil and points. Race cars now feature advanced engine management systems, antilock brake systems, paddle shifters, dataloggers, radios, electric pumps, fans, and lights. All components need to be controlled at the correct moment, and all components require circuit protection to prevent damage or fire.
Traditionally, fuses and relays served all of those purposes, but they have many disadvantages like complicated wiring looms, sensitivity to vibration/temperature, and difficult diagnostics. All of these problems can be solved by using intelligent power management units (PMUs). Our newly developed PMU unit is at the forefront of technology. It provides 16 high current outputs (and use of multiple units if more outputs are required).
One of the main advantages of the PMU is continuous current sensing and self-resetting functionality if current exceeds the defined level. All output state, voltage and current information can be logged and transmitted via CAN bus to dash displays to inform drivers of potential problems. An additional advantage of the PMU system is the ability to define logic for controlling outputs. This is done with data from analogue input channels or CAN bus data, and math operations can be defined for each channel.
The PMU is also equipped with LED indicators to show the status of each output. With use of CAN bus keypads or steering wheel switches, all wiring is vastly simplified and lightened. Two unique features are the inbuilt accelerometer and gyro for logging and “inertia switch” in case of accident.

The ECUMaster Drive By Wire Control module allows for the use of a DBW throttle with the ECUMaster EMU. The EMU Black has DBW control built in, so this product is only for use with the standard EMU. A full list of currently supported throttles can be found in the EMU software in the DBW Wizard menu. This controller is for use in stationary engines or dyno applications only.
The ECUMaster CAN bus expansion module plugs into the 5 pin serial port on the standard EMU and adds the capability to communicate over CAN bus, as well as adding 4 analog inputs. CAN bus allows for communication with other expansion modules, aftermarket racing dashboards with CAN bus, many factory gauge clusters, and aftermarket gauges such as the BTI CAN gauge.

EDL-1 adds logging functionality to the EMU or EMU Black (not compatible with the EMU CAN, only the EMU with 5 pin serial port). Equipped with both bluetooth capability and a port for an SD card, the EDL-1 allows you to log all data channels provided by the EMU just as if you were logging with a laptop. Reviewing data has never been easier. Simply remove the SD card (sold separately) and review the log using a laptop. All logs are marked with time stamps, and a battery backup in the EDL-1 ensures that dates and times are marked accurately. The EDL-1 can log up to 11 hours of data on 1GB of card memory, so a 4GB card or larger is recommended. The EDL-1 does not come with a memory card, so a card will need to be purchased separately. Installation of the EDL-1 is straightforward with a simple 4 wire connection. The EDL-1 case is compact in size, with a footprint roughly 2/3 the size of a business card. Mounting is accomplished using doublesided tape or velcro, or flush mounting the EDL-1 to a panel using the two mounting screws on the face of the device. Built-in Bluetooth functionality allows the user to transmit data to an Android phone or tablet, enabling the use of an Android tablet as a dash.
WHP EGT Sensors allow you to use the EGT inputs on the EMU and EMU Black to measure exhaust gas temperature.
