Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.20-0387 Dual Catch Can Kit, MKIV Supra, VTE These catch cans vent-to-engine (VTE) permitting a true PCV system. The 2 catch cans function completely independent of each other and do NOT vent-to-atmosphere (VTA), thus are emissions and track legal. Closed loop systems remove the oil and sludge from the PCV gasses before it is routed to the engine to be burned. A closed loop system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin.
One catch can plumbs inline with the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve and retains it's factory function. When the intake manifold pressure is close to or greater than atmospheric pressure, the PCV "check" valve closes and, thus, this hose experiences no flow. Conversely, the PCV hose will experience "metered" vacuum when the engine is idling, steady state cruising, and decelerating. This would normally draw unwanted crankcase vapor, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold immediately after a high load run. Note: Because the Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, they are great for this boosted application so intake manifold connection is permitted. The hose and fittings for the PCV catch can are -6AN.
The other catch can plumbs inline with the CCV (crankcase vent) port experiences atmospheric pressure at low loads. But when the engine is at high load (WOT), this hose will experience blow-by flow from the crankcase. This would normally lead to oil and sludge accumulation in the air filter intake pipe. Oil accumulation will occur in the intercooler which lowers the thermal efficiency properties of the heat exchanger and leads to decreased performance. The hose and fittings for the CCV catch can are -8AN.
Because of the many OEM component variations for this chassis, 3 different brackets are included for optimal mounting. These multiple locations provide a solution for all RHD and LHD vehicles including those using a large single turbo, the stock twin turbos, the updated brake master cylinder, and even early models that have rear brake TRAC. All brackets use factory holes and integrate perfectly with the surrounding components. No cutting, drilling or permanent modification to the vehicle is required. 20-0388 Dual Catch Can Kit, MKIV Supra, VTA These catch cans vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) eliminating any chance of blowby recirculating to the engine. The kit is for high horsepower engines that create more blowby than the factory PCV system can handle. The OEM ports on the valve covers are replaced with press-fit 10AN fittings. All hose and fittings for these catch cans are -10AN.

The radiator cap is an essential part of an upgraded cooling system. Radium caps are engineered to safely improve cooling efficiency by managing the boiling temperature. A higher radiator pressure effectively raises the coolant boiling point, providing an extra safety margin and preventing air pocket cavitation at the water pump.
Each OEM replacement radiator cap is manufactured from stamped stainless steel for durability.
Unlike OEM caps which use natural rubber gaskets, these radiator caps feature premium silicone sealing elements for long lasting durability.

The fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB. Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings below can be used as a reference guide.
Compatible with all Toyota 2JZ-GTE engines (VVTi and non-VVTi)
Manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from a custom 6063 aluminum, media blasted, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.
The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed, allowing the use of high flow fuel injectors (NOT INCLUDED). The kit includes 2 different sets of mounting feet allowing various height fuel injectors to be used (tall spacers shown below).
The anodized aluminum mounting feet secure the fuel rail to the intake manifold reusing the OEM Toyota thermal insulating spacers (P/N: 90561-08009).
The fuel injector bores and the included press-fit injector seats are designed for 14mm injector O-rings. These seats include O-rings to prevent boost pressure leaks. They are CNC machined billet aluminum, anodized, and laser etched. Below are some of the many fuel injectors that are a direct fitment with this Radium fuel rail kit.
